as above, any hot tips from the guru's out there, on this matter
just dont want to go through the hassles of removing and refitting the gbox (box is comin out for a rebuild)
any do's and donts greatly appreciated
want to do it right the first time

just try not to drop the box on your head.(bloody heavy) seals easy just pop it out with a screw driver and tap the new one in.
