Hi guys,
This may have been covered, but i am having trouble finding it in a search.
on my last patrol which was stolen i ran 33in tyres on 15in rims.
i have some nice 16in alloys for my new patrol, but am having trouble finding 33in tyres to suit.
i can get 285/75/16 which i think are 32 x 11.5in
and can get 315/75/16 which i think are 35 x 12.5in
i have been looking for 315/70/16 which would be pretty close to a 33 x12.5, but so far i have had no luck.
can any one help?
either with a model of tyre in this size (i am after all terains)?
or correct or confirm my thought on what the actual sizes are.
Cheers
Stew

Yes.
Very common, most 4wd tyres offer the 305/70 in there range.
the 285/75/16 is cheaper so more people run them.
i have 305/70/16 as my daily driver tyres on my GU, the extra width looks better on the GU than the 285/75.
Grant.
