Jimny Power Steering and A/C fit on a Sierra 1.6

Post by JacZook »

Hi All

I needed some advice. I am able to get my hands on a compleat Power Steer and A/C setup off a jimny. I want to know weather it will bolt onto 1.6 efi vitara engine I have in my 91 zook, anything I should look out for?etc
Or do I need to get the vitara power and A/C brackets and swap them over from the Jinmy Brackets?

thanks again

i would think power steer will be ok and a/c pump. not sure if dash bits are any good but be good for endless air as mine is.

i would watch out for the brackets as the 1.6 block is taller than the 1.3 one.

I would recommend getting a vitara PS pump bracket as this bolts directly onto the block whereas the jimny one needs redrilling. I dont know about the A/C though
