Looking at buying a kit similar to below. I will use heavy duty coils as I carry a bit of weight when I go away. Its from 4wd direct and includes shipping.
Has anybody used EFS shocks or the Trekmaster Coils, and if so how are they?? Also are these decent prices, or could I do better.
GQ/GU ADJ. CASTOR BUSH KIT - STD. 2/3 Degree - $109.50
EFS Elite NP GQ/GU 3"-4" L/T FRONT GAS SHOCK ABSORBERS - 1 PAIR - $219.50
EFS Elite NP GQ/GU 3"-4" L/T REAR GAS SHOCK ABSORBERS - $219.50
TREKMASTER GQ/GU PATROL LWB 4" HEAVY DUTY COIL KIT - $349.00
Total: $897.50
Will be getting brake lines, panhards rod elsewhere.
Cheers,
THOMO

Yes the Trekmaster coils are decent. There is a lot of people running around on these coils calling them Dobinsons or Lovells. You can get them in 3" lift or 4-5" lift. If not Dobinsons coils are great too.
If you plan on a 3" lift and you do go 4WDing do yourself a favour and get rubber castor correction bushes or drop boxes. One of the reasons why GQ's are so good is because they have reasonable front end flex, you don't want to make it any less.
The EFS shocks are not on my web site but they are $105 each. The rest can be found at www.suspensionstuff.com.au Freight is free for everything and you save on the little things like brake lines being $60 each.
