Does anyone know what the standard(new) and minimun thickness are for front and rear disc rotors for a GQ ?

You could try asking here!

or phone a local brake repairer and ask them!
they will have/should have a wall chart close by listing
parts and specs needed.

hi rear is 18mm new 16mm min front is 20mm and 18mm min

A speed camera would have prevented that!
My manual has the front disc brake (CL 36VA) rotor specs as Rotor repair limit
20mm (0.79 in) Standard thickness.
18mm (0.71 in) Minimum thickness.
Rear (AD20VC)
18mm Standard thickness
16mm Minimum thickness
RN
