Just 2 pics from about 6 weeks back. Shaved, diff guarded, has knuckle ball gussets fitted and I modified the radius arm brackets to suit 80 series radius arms since these pics were taken

Hey Bubs, there is still at least 1" of up & 1" of down travel to go in those pics as the coil had not fallen out yet .

No x bracing of the 2 down brackets, massive vertical weld on the chassis, it looks like, and a course thread control arm bolt that isnt a nyloc, and/or no lock nut........ ?

ATS, are you saying there should be a brace on the other side of the radius arm bolt back to the chassis ??

Doug with x-bracing he is talking about the plate between the two ears of the mount.
That bolt now has a spring washer and nyloc. It is still a HT M18 bolt which is 50mm longer than required so it would have a full 18mm sholder between both plates.
Yes it is a down weld but it is not completely vertical the picture is playing tricks.
