As above. What engine did 2001 GXL Landcruiser have in them?
Petrol or diesel?
If Diesel, some were 1HZ, some were 1HDFTE.

Diesel. Factory turbo. So would be 1HD series engine. Trying to work out what years they changed to 1HD-FT or 1HD-FTE.

2001 is a 100 series, HDJ100, so locally it's the 1HD-FTE.
There was some markets who still got the old 1HD-T.

Im assuming injector pump and injectors from 1HD-FTE wont be directly compatible with 1HD-T? correct?

i have the 1hd-fte in the car and the old 1hd-t sitting on the floor, they are totally different.
