just noticed my shock was haging very low yesterday had a look at the mount to find it was snapped of there are no impacts on the shock mount and the mount looks like its just come apart on me
any ideas what to do??
im not at home and have no real tools to help either

yeps. easy. just dont drive it like a race car. and avoid driving it if u have too.
I have driven a couple times with no shocks in my sierra, home from mates when we just put the springs in (about 30k). Wasnt a fun ride but it was ok. also only had 3 shocks (1 rear mount gone) for over a year no probs,
with only one shock gone it will be fine.
the leafs hold the weight not the shocks anyway.

what setup that got again? SPOA? or SPUA.
it should be fine, may have to be careful thou on bumps on gravel roads as u wont have the shock to take up the bump + rebound
can u get hold of or will it fit a std sierra shock mount.

Nick, I did get your text but we can't possibly help you without an idea of what tools you have available and what the break looks like. 99% though, it will need welding.
