Indicators in ARB Bull bars

Post by Vman »

Done a search and havent come up with much...

I have juts purchased a used ARB winch bull bar, which looks great.

But I have one question, is there a loom that the indicators provided can plug into? I have had a quick look around and it would appear the answer is no, but the wiring at the back of the bar has factory looking female connectors which I am assuming is an ARB standard not relating to the type of vehicle.

How do you guys wire them in? Simply splice into the harness at the headlights or take it back to the fuse box?

Use scotch locks and splice into the idicator wiring behind the indicator. You may have to remove the indicator to get access.

Excellent, that was what I was thinking put thought I would get some advice from ppl that know their Pajero's before diving in.

I thought there would have been some form of harness seeing as though the majority of bars have indicators - similar to what Commodores have for driving lights and what not.

yeah same just used crimped joiners and joined them in up at the back of the indicator.
just need to undo the front screws neer the grill and pop off the retainig spring if i remember correctly to access the rear of the indicators.

On my bar for the Triton the bar lights just plugged straight into the cars loom. Too easy.
