somewhere i recall seeing an aftermarket ECU, that is designed to control ignition only, to be used for a LPG only engine.
Does anyone know which one it is, or one that will do what i want.
thanks
steve

Silicon Chip ( Mag ) have a kit that does just this but it still needs a dissy. Kit suppliers like Jaycar stock it.
If your after distributorless operation or more sophistication then there's an offshoot of the MegaSquirt EFI system called MegaSpark that will do what you want ( do a search of the net.... )
Or you can just use a MegaSquirt for spark only, either works.....
Doing a spark map only is a damm site easier than doing a full EFI system, especially if you have stock curves to act as a starting point.
Hope this helps

It seemed like a much better idea when I started it than it does now.
