SWB Diesel fuel tank require urgently - PERTH

Post by 84mksd33t »

Just fitted up some Snake Racing extended shackles on my MK and the bloody pins foul badly on my 150l long range tank. This car is my daily driver and I am up shit creek without it.

Anyone in Perth keen for a swap? Ill give you my 150l for your standard or smaller long range tank!

Or does anyone have a wreck with a standard tank in it that they are willing to help a fellow forum member out with? Beer/spirits as payment?

does it hit on both sides of the tank??? .... if not drop the tank and re drill the holes to move it over a bit so it doesn't hit .....

Hits on both sides of the tank.
The tank sits too far to the rear of the vehicle re-drilling the holes will not work.

I would have to cut the corners out of the tank in order for it to clear.

I am going to flip the shackle pins and see if I can squeeze the tank in!

I would prefer a standard tank tho!

Cheers!
