73 diff locks in 80

my mate might be selling his air lockers out of his 73, i am pritty sure the rear will fit my rear? and he has a high pinion in the front, will this fit the front of my 80.

80 series are high front normal rear. 73 75 70 60, ARNT they normal front back?

80 front centre same as a bundera?

Yes 73 rear will go into 80 rear. Are you sure that the 73 front is high pinion? I think you will find that the 73 front will be the same as the rear.

we put the diffs out of our old 75' which was locked into our 80 n they fit prefect. they work like they did before.

i was told that the 73 that i might be getting them off is a high pinion, so if it is it looks like it will fit.

have a good look at the front diff, if its the same as your 80, you will be sweet, post a pic of it, I will tell you in a second.

I own the car and i can guarentee that it is a high pinion front. Im pretty sure the last owner put it in from a 80.

More like a late 75 or a 79.
