Any body know how to get the pulley off the pump?? Is it just a pressed on fit?? There is a socket head at the front for an allen key.....

Yes they are just pressed on. There is a special tool to get them off but they can be a real PITA. You cant put them in a press because the pully is very weak and will just bend. Best bet would be take it into a steering specialists and get them to pull it off for you.

x2 absolute pain in the arse without the right puller. Like Ruff Said, slip a specialist $10 and get him to do it properly or you will destroy it.
