problem solved
turned out to be a cracked join on the circit board of the relay.
got it soldered up for $10.
down side
had to remove roof to get to motor and solinoid.
upside got to seal roof with windscreen sealer and now we have no more leaks.
the roof has no sealent applied it is just a rubber seal. the roof came out quite easy as it is just bolted in , undo the bolts and it comes out quite easily. you will need two people to lift off as it is 1 complete unit. anyone need more ifo to remove 1 juat pm me.

sunroof
yeh mate i know how you feel,
the sunroof in the paj wasnt too crash hot from the new body leaked and was all rusty and didnt open.
luckily i had the one from franks body which believe it or not was pretty straight and in good nick.
swapped them over yesterday, now have a working, non leaking sunroof, its awesome, very happy. It takes a liuttle time but no real struggle to swap the sunroofs over, just the time to do it. HAHAH we did it in the rain too
