Hi guys i need your help to make a quick decision.
I want to push my axle forward on my LN106 Hilux so that i can run 35 Silverstone XTs. To date i've a 3 inch suspension lift using Ultimate Suspension leaf springs.
I went to 2 workshop in Malaysia, one suggested doing the axle relocation plate like u see on Snake Racing, the other preferred to drill the leaf spring to move it forward as he claims it's safer.
By doing this any idea how will my handling be affected or what will happen to my geometry?
So i need your guys opinion the pro and cons between the two methods.
Thanks for answering my silly question.

Thanks for your advise. So the max i should move forward is 1inch?
What's a torque rod and drag link?
Is a torque rod the thing that connects to the chassis and diff pumpkin?
So what is a drag link?
pardon my ignorance.
we did one last week on 4 runner with 37's on 10" 2.5" backspace rims, re drilled diff housing, moved the diff forward 30mm and altered steering arm and torque rod to suit, took all of 2 hours.
