ML Triton canopy advice

Post by Ricko »

Just a word of advice for anyone looking to get a canopy on their new ML Triton, probably don't get a TJM one. We got a brand new triton for work a couple of months ago and the dealer supplied a TJM canopy as it was cheaper. There is a reason they are cheaper. They don't fit very well and have gaps where it meets the tray. They are flimsy. They have very poor locks. We have had two just fall out. I am worried you could rip them out with a screwdriver and will have to fit an aftermarket deadlock system.

I could not recommend other brands, but I would imagine genuine Mitsu would be ok, Flexiglass make a good product and the ARB looks very nice.

Just advice, most of you probably already knew. Cheers
