i vaguely remember there being transfer gears for a vitara other than 4.24:1 can anyone remember what ratios they were, who made them, and if there were any problems with them?

Pardon me ... I just did a quick scroll through the pages and came up with that list in about three minutes, for your benifit; not mine;- dint read em at all.

AND ... Search facility on here is only about 30% effective in my view.
