Expresions of interest from club members.

I would like to make a fun weekend for all. The property that i have available is a broadacre cattle farm that is owned by my family (+3400 acres and 11klm of river)There is a great location beside the river which is excelant for fishing (cod), swiming and camping, and is ok to bring kids only bikes / quads aswell.
Along with a little fun driving for the bigger kids and toys.

I am offering a minimum of 4 tracks per day (2 days) which will be scored 0-100 pts in buntingtape with no time limit so you have the opertunity to drive all the course but there will be bonus lines and penilty pts.
And i am hoping for a side by side invitational winch / hill climb aswell. If the interest is there. The tracks will challenge drivers and most cars ( sum panel demage is possible ).

Classes of vech;
Standard = 2" lift 33" tyres no lockers or reduction gears or body lifts.
Modifyed = Any lift 33" tyres, reduction gears, lockers, body lift ok.
Opened = Any lift, any suspanion, The only rule is 37" tyres, Unregisted vehicles can enter this class (eg; trailer rigs) Must be of working con, (eg; no leaks, good brakes etc,) with all safty gear as per CCDA.

All vehicles are open to motor size and must have.
1: Fire extinusher
2: Nets / rist restraints. Standard cars only exsempt from nets.

$20 per car competing or not this is to cover costs of stationary,equip and prizes only. Any proceeds to be divided % to clubs that volunter assistants to weekend as will be greatly needed and appreciated.

Any person found to disrespect property of owners or any other persons or to conduct themselfs in a disorderly fashion will have antire club removed.

Now for the bad. The property is in 'Gravesend' 75 klms west of Inverell on the Gwyder hwy and river, approx 5 hrs from bris and 5.5 hrs from Newcastle. But i will say that it would be worth the drive here to a lovely place to have a long weekend.
