If you know what your doing, shouldn't be too much of a problem. Big thing is to make sure all your timing is right, and to have a gear puller for your harmonic ballancer.

Also when it's timed up before you take it off mark your timing marks and the belt in the same spot then transfer marks onto new belt when you put it back on make sure they line up same.

No downloadable manual needed, just use your eyes and a paint pen!

What Fully Sic Lux is saying is - get a paint pen and mark the position each gear is in against the inside of the timing cover before removing the original belt. Then Fully Sic Lux is saying, after installing the new belt, rotate by hand, the crank 4 revolutions to make sure your paint marks all line-up again before putting everything else back before attempting to start the engine!

WTF  Yeah and just to be sure you can turn it over to check it's all marked right. it'll be fine for the 2.8. Some other engines it won't be and you'll need to turn it alot more times to get the original paint marks to line up.
