1983 Cherokee SJ - should I wreck it, sell it or keep it?

Post by Mark2 »

I've just acquired an older style Cherokee Wagon (1983) sight unseen from someone who's leaving the country and just wanted it gone. Its a 6 cylinder - I dont even know if its a manual or an auto! The price was good enough to take a chance...... - it looked OK in the photo! I'll be picking it up in a couple of days and driving it home with a permit.
It drives OK and 'apparently' has no rust.

I've never owned a Jeep and maybe it will grow on me but at this stage my plans are to part it out or sell it complete.

What do you guys reckon?

if you keep it....what are you planning to do with it? spend the $$$ to do it up?

leave it as is, throw on some muds and wheel the carp out of it?

if you decide to part it out.....post on Ausjeepoffroad.com.
i don't need no stinking quote for my sig. line!
