My mate and I did a 2 inch body lift on his mq shortie. It was a very easy task. It was a half day job including making the body lift blocks (steel) and buying the bolts!
From memory (it was a while ago) there are 10 bolts (5 a side). They are all the same length except the rear two. I can't exactly remember what size they were but I can find out. The difference with the rear was they had captive nuts in the body, therefore we needed to get exactly the same size thread on a two inch longer bolt.
Radiator didn't need repositioning. The fuel filler hose could have been extended a little, but it stretched just enough (there was a minor leak). I believe he had to pop the low range rubber boot out cause 4wd low didn't engage properly cause it was hitting the body. I think he may have cut a bit from the floor though (not 100% sure).
Also, we released the clutch fixed pipework from the body so the coil could stretch as we lifted the body. There is just enough excess length on the flexible clutch line to the slave cylinder.
I think we were able to stretch the air intake pipework fromt the filters just enough.
Other than that, i think it was all good. I'm sure I'll be corrected by mq080 if I'm wrong.

mate, the lift is easy!!!!
Look at Heathx4's thread in the members section he has done a body lift recently and is happy. Mine took half a day and was simple enough except for the rear 2 bolts.
With regaurds to the length of the bolts, just take one of the middle ones out and get some that are how eva many inches longer.
if u want to know more drop me a PM
cheers
