Sydney 4WD Clubs Expo 25th May 2008

Post by CV Smasher »

The Sydney 4WD Clubs Expo is an event hosted by the Sydney Regional council of the 4WD Clubs Association of NSW & ACT.
The Expo will be held on Sunday the 25th of May @ The Museum of Fire Penrith between 9am and 4pm. Entry is Free.

The main focus of the Expo is to promote responsible 4WDing to the general public, so we can all continue to enjoy our sport in the great outdoors.

The Expo gives the members of various Sydney 4WD clubs an opportunity to display their competition and touring vehicles, camping equipment and any other gimmicks or gadgets that they may have. Clubs often set up a TV and video showing footage of past club trips and competitions and community service projects that they have been involved with.

Trophies will be awarded for the best club display as well as individual vehicle display.

Their will be food and drinks for sale by Penrith Rotary Club as well as amusments for the kids.

If you have ever been interested in joining a Club and don't know which one is right for you make sure you come and check out what each club has to offer.

As you all know the Expo is on this Sunday from 9am to 4pm, we have Simon and Miranda from 4WD TV attending, jumping castle for the kids, food being put on by Penrith Rotary Club and free admission to the Museum of Fire.

Come down and check out your local clubs.

Who won the club display?

Anyone know the story of the custom yellow defender there?

Also, what about old mates camper from The Blue mountains club? Certainly a master piece, and very well thought out.
