There are 3 holes in your dizzy and they are not small, two of them you can tap and fit a grease nipple in...take out the centre of it and small pipes fit on them....run the small pipes to the 2 air filter blocked takeoffs and the restriction the air filter presents causes air to flow through the dizzy, keeping it dry....new leads aswell will stop water getting into the plugs...

The third hole is a small one down the bottom to let water out....u can silastic over it...the amount of holes in the dizzy means water does affect this motor, but with it set up like this, no more water gets in and it stays cool.
plug 3 and 4 are the next problem, as water gets in at the break in the covers at the throttlebody....if you can come up with something to cover the hole, (piece of flat plastic) you will be alot better off....silastic that down too.
