Hi,
What have peolple done to get good flex out of there pajero's?
I have a 97 2.8 ITD, lwb with a 40mm iron man lift and 31" maxxis muds... wondering what people have done with the rear to get good flex. i know you cant go to much on the front being ifs. anyadvice would be great.

yeh mate you can,
to be honset i got rid of the swaybar on the shorty and never looked bakc, the body roll wasnt enough to worry about onroad and i drove that thing pretty hard sometimes. its not enough to make you wanna put it back on, offroad performance is heaps better. leave the front one in though, take both out and youll find out what body roll is
or come for a ride in my paj, ill show you bodyroll

It is the wiggly wonky curvy innnie outie uppie downie rod about 18?mm in diameter that connects to the chassis in front of the rear wheels and the alxe housing beside the springs
And you need to take a shock absorber off to get it off, maybe two if you don't have a 'pit'. (don't take it right off, just undo the bottom mount)
There was a guy in NZ selling the disconnects for the rear - I think Cookie monster made up his own ones.

i was gonna say,
make up your own, get someone to make up some for you, modify an off the shelf unit.
and just on the actual removal of the sway bar, hahaha like NJV6 has illustrated, it can be fun taking out the swaybar, plenty of swearing helps. I did mine without taking any shocks out, but definitely easier to undo the bottom mounts.
