KBC 6202z
ive found another manufacturer with a 6202z bearing. are these bearings interchangeable, or just 2 manufacturers with overlapping catalogue numbers?

Spit my last breath
Where I was working in Brisbane we found out the hard way that not all manufacturers keep the same tolerances.
We had a small bearing which we pressed onto a small dowel for a particular application. Suddenly, we found the bearings were quite rough after being pressed on. Turned out the inner race diameter was under-size - significantly below the tolerance (given what we ordered.) Curiously, some bearings had been supplied in individual sealed plastic sleeves, others were supplied in bulk in a zip-lock bag - it was the zip-lock bag bearings which were undersize. We sent them back to the supplier and asked them to supply the other brand - no more problem.
