I currently have a Roller setup but was thinking about the Hawse style
Should i just run the roller type or is it worth the time to find a HAWSE style
Car is a MK patrol thats about to get a custom bar.
Cheers

Which fairlead for steel winch rope

fairlead
G'day, you would probably be better off using the roller fairlead for steel rope as an aluminium hawse lead will be worn away by the steel rope being drawn through it. Hawse Fairleads are better suited to Dynamica or plasma rope.

Re: fairlead
That's why I run Delrin instead of Al., no wear and tear with steel rope.luxembuger wrote:G'day, you would probably be better off using the roller fairlead for steel rope as an aluminium hawse lead will be worn away by the steel rope being drawn through it.
