Yes. You can fit 32's. With a little masaging around the rear of the front guards. You will have to remove the mud flaps, and fold back a seam which runs under the plastic inner. I re-moulded the plastic inner on mine with a heat gun. So far no scrubbing. (and I'm running 32x11.5s)
2000 SR-5 turbo diesel, dual airlockers, bit of a lift, some 15x8 sunnies, 32" bighorns, a few spotties, and a wireless, and a kiddie seat in the back.

If you still have issues after the 2" lift and you don't want to bend your guards, PM me if you want info on BJ Spacers, they will give an extra inch lift

I managed to fit 35s under my old 97 IFS Lux with just a 40mm body lift :)
It did take a bit of cut and shut on the firewall and guards though.

You can fit 32s easy with the body lift.
33s with a bit more hammering and trimming.

Biggest I've seen is 35" Boggers on an 03 SR5 with 2.5" Body lift, 2" OME 1" BJ spacers, torsion bar crank and some guard work. Doesn't have much suspension travel tho. The OME kit only seems to be a rear lift kit. The front end just has the torsion bars cranked a lot.

The guy's brother did the same size 35" boggers on an 03 3L diesel with only a 3" body lift and a lot of clearancing. The guy is running the stock 4.56 diff gears coupled with the gutless 2.8 litre non-turbo engine. I dunno how he drives it.

Did you mean to say 5L, 3.0 litre? Cause the 3L wasnt offered in any 03 model Lux as far as I know...
