Any 40NB pipe.
Just choose the wall thickness to suit the job.

not sure on this used to use em years ago when plumbing/pipefitting the benders we used were for galv pipe measured id with a wall thickness would make 40mm an od of 46-48mm exhaust is measured od like copper pipe so 40mm copper or exhaust may be 44mm od as it is thin walled the die i believe is called a former and some units have a mandrel which is pulled through the bore to remove puckers if you bend thin wall tube on a former meant for wrought iron galv it will ovate or pucker or both hope this is of some use andy

You're talking tube vs pipe.
Tube is measured in od, pipe in id.
Pipe od is dependent on pressure-rating.

Pipe is measured in nominal id, but the od is the same no matter what the wall thickness. Thus where it's a NOMINAL id

You're correct, sorry to be misleading.
1" pipe has a nominal id of 1" (meaning that regardless of pressure-rating, the id will be close to 1") but an actual od of over 1.3" which is constant over pressure-ratings.
I was trying to point out that measuring tube od will identify the size tube, whereas id identifies the pipe.

to throw a spaner ina ll your ideas. the dawn dies are designed for pipe not tube. the 40mm die is for 40nb tube even though it is around 50mm od. 32mm is the die i use and it takes 42.4mm od 32NB pipe.
turbos are nice but i'd rather be blown
