i need to no what size bump stops to run with a 6inc lift kit and were to get them from

Best bet is to remove spring. And lower car gently till shock bottoms out. And raise lower the std bump stop accordingly.

I use 80 series bumpstops on homemade bumpstop towers, they work well.
