just wondering would this turbo work ok a on td42 with a custom turbo setup. . also it has the internal wastegate hole in the exhaust housing, can i just put a internal wastegate in there because i dont want to run a external wastegate. cheers

The internal gates are generally too small, if you are planning on staying under 10 psi it would likely be OK but boost spikes occur at higher boost levels.

just a word of warning Monsta turbos are known to blow up a lot, some when first fired others in under 2000kays. If you search you'll find quite a few went bang. Theres a reason why they're as much as 10 times cheaper than say the same size garret.
