draglink & tierod install?

Post by GQ Bear »

Hey peoples. I'm getting a new draglink and tierod soon and was just wondering about installing them.

Is it just a case of adjusting tierod ends so the length is that stated in Gregory's manual (1570mm i think). Then after attaching tierod at that length adjust the draglink as required and fit it. Then get wheel alignment done?

are you getting new tierods at the same time? if so pop the old one out and adjust the new one so length is very close,

the goiod thing is if your careful, your wheels will not move and park it with the steering wheel in the locked position, dont move anything and ajust till the slip into place,

best bet is to fit em up on friday night, wheel aling on saturday morning
