Diff pinion bolts

Post by Blue Rangie »

 Pinion bolt tension. We have solid pinion spacers in the front & rear high and low mount 75 series diffs with ARB lockers, but we can't keep the crown wheel bolts tight. They are locktited but still loosen and drop out a full credit to the strength of the crown wheel and pinion they simply crush the bolt. Is there a locking tab system? Should we look at pegging the crown wheel? Any suggestions?

The standard diff's have the locking tabs in there just with the arb they don't fit might pay to Fab some locking tabs up.
