IF you are happy with stock gearing a 1.0 case will do it for you...

Depends on the driving you want to do I guess.
I'm a gearing junkie. I drive a bit of rock so I love my 6.5:1 lowrange gearset. www.lowrangeoffroad.com

4.16:1 transfer case gears.

These will bring high range back to stock, and give you a good reduction in low. I have these with 235x75R15 tyres, they are perfect.

It will be easier to find gears than it will be to find the right 1L t-case to bolt in.
