What should I pay for a 2005 GU IV Wagon

Post by ANIMAL »

I've been looking around for a while now for a 4.2 inter. turbo
GU IV wagon (Sliver/Burnt Silver) to be exact. Knowing that
Nissan have dropped the 4.2 from their line. Looking at
trading/selling my VT commodore and 6.1m plate centre console
to get the 4x4 I,ve always wanted.Redbook etc doesnt seem right
32k - 38.5k.What would be a realistic price for this particular model??

Book price does not always equate to real price.

When I was looking this time last year for mine I never saw one even close to redbook price, its rubbish. I suggest for a GUIV you'd be looking more in $45k region with decent k's on it. I.e. 100k or less. That's when you find one...took me about 8 months of looking to find a decent one albeit I was looking for an older one than you as my budget wasn't quite that big.

Nev, Thanks for your thoughts - i'll just have to keep looking and
hopefully I can trade both on one that I like.

No its gotta be a wagon, what to set it up with draws etc
for touring, but have to sell my boat first.I like the look
of Teabags on this site.Something similar to that would
be nice.
