ML Triton rear suspension

Post by Ruprect88 »

Hi All
Sorry about the long post

New to the forum and I'm looking for some guidance
I have a 2006 (current shape) GLX-R Triton dual cab which I predomanantly use for towing around 2Ts worth of boat.
I want to beef up the rear end to stop it from dragging on the road and I need some advice.
Some people have suggested I get air bags installed as they can be deflated when not towing and won't affect the ride on mormal driving but I've also been told these are no good for long trips or prolonged periods.
Another suggestion was to install Aussie Super Springs but again I don't know much about them.
I just want to keep the whole rig reasonably level when towing as I usually have a full load in the ute and 4 blokes as well as the boat on back, but I don't want a harsh ride when driving unloaded either.
Your thoughts and recomendations would be appreciated.

Cheers
Rod
