diesel motor for c4 auto????

does anybody know of a diesel motor to shove in front of a ford c4 auto.
i believe the bolt pattern matches ford 6 and 8 cylinder motors.
any clues?????? :roll:

Early ford diesels - maybe look into what they used in some Econovans etc... Also might be able to modify a Torqueflight outer?

Was there a diesel 6 in F250's ? If there was then it should fit or be eay to make fit.
Saddle up tonto, its the not so loanrangie! . 98 TDI DISCO lightly modded with more to come.

The early navstars should bolt straight up, the problem will be finding one of the 6.9L V8's Diesels. :D
