Has anyone done it as i just got my stuff from lockup 4x4.And will do a detailed build up over the next few weeks .
just have to get the time :roll:

My gearbox is just about due for a rebuild kit too. A detailed build up thread would be great! :cool:

The 1.3 5 speed is a little gem to rebuild!

It took me less than a day to get mine done.

The best tip i can give is make your self up some rods/dowels and as you remove a component from a shaft you can slide it on the dowel to keep everything in order.

Its not a must but it just makes reinstalling of parts that little bit quicker!
