Hi all ive only just joined this forum i have a gu ute with a 4.2 intercooled turbo diesel and would like to find out how to wire up a turbo timer.
At the moment every time i hook it up it comes back wth a fault code with the sub fuel light staying on on the dash board and to get it to go out i have to disconect the neg side of the battery any help in this matter would be great.

From memory isn't that standard with them ?

You reset the battery and it go's away ?

As a mate in the club found out with his GU with exact same problems, there is a special model TTimer for the GU with Subtank..
Not just a normal timer. He took it back and whe the dude looked it up in the book, there was another model with a ST (sub Tank) at the end of model #.
Fitted it and it worked first time...
