91 surf wiring ecu

Post by old mate »

Hi all, Just wondering what the computer on a 91 toyota surf controlls. I'm putting a 308 on straight gas in and was wondering if i can scrap the ecu and all the wiring or do i need it for the push button 4wd system or something else. Would be good to get rid of it cause there is a lot of wiring in the engine bay.
