I have to pick up a 20' caravan next week and bring it home for use as an on-site van. I dont have towing mirrors for my GQ wagon and will need to get some as the van is about 4 hours away and its 8' wide.
Any recommendations as to what to get, particularly for a GQ?

Towing mirrors for a GQ?

Depends on how much you want to spend and if you want them to vibrate or not. Just about any that attaches to your mirror and extends out will vibrate.
The good old bar across the bonnet is about the best you can get when mounted properly, but is far from the most practical.
Aussie Truck Mirrors is very close up there as the best, although they cost about $120 or so per side.
If you want cheap and not going to use them often, either try and borrow a set of decent ones or get cheaper clip on style that have a convex (curved) mirror. I have a set like this and although they do vibrate, the convex mirror makes it less of an issue and are still fairly usable.
