Just wanted to ask how you would go about charging a 24v system for winch with a Gen 3 Ls1 conversion in a GQ?

Have seen several done, They use a 2nd 24v alterntor on the passenger side of the engine, And drive it off an extra pulley pressed onto the outside of the power steer pump. PM big willy for more details, He has done it on his truck, he may be able to help with pulley part numbers, etc

Not an LS1 but I run a second alternator and batteries for 24v.
