New model surfs??

I saw what looked a new model surf on the Pacific Hwy earlier with a bonnet scoop & visible intercooler. Was wondering if anyone might know if they have these as standard on newer Japanese ones or if they might fit a Hilux?

The KZN-185 Surf (96 on) came with the factory intercooler and bonet scoop, well most did. Even some of the 130 shapes came from factory the same. It is the same motor as the Prado but the Prado has the twin skin bonet instead of the scoop.
GO the 80...The mods have started :-)
