Vitara Instrument Cluster

Post by siddersc »

Hi all,
Mate of mine has a zook vitara 91, and the speedo needle has fallen off.
I was wondering if you can remove the front plastic cover on the cluster so he can push it back onto the spindle, the speedo still works as the trip meter still kicks over, so hopefully he can just push the needle back on, but can you get the platic cover off the front?

Thanks,
How hard is it to get the front off?, will he have to pull the cluster?
