FJ45 tub on HJ47

Just wondering if anyone can tell me wheather an FJ45 ute tub (tank under floor) will go straight onto my HJ47 ute tub (tank under floor). I know i'll have to change the dash a little, but other than that, are they the same?

there are some little changes to the cab they will fit if they are around the same age

The bolt holes line up in some instances, but not in others, like Azza said the closer the year models the better. Which fuel tank will you run?

I had planned to run my current tank. and the hj is an '81' and fj is an '82'. Think it'll fit?

they should be identical being a 81 and 82 only one way to find out but
