I think I saw something a while back where you say you had made up a bash plate to protect the gearbox & transfer case.
Any chance of some pics & mesurements?
Cheers

Used Mike H's diagrams, downloaded them before he closed the site.
I will bring said plate on sat, and the sheet with dimensions if you like. I bought the sheet at the scrap shop for $7.
havent put it on yet, might do that tonight!
If its an emergency...ie you want it for the weekend call me and i can fax it to you tonight.

On boooooost!!
Hey FerociousFeroza,
I think this is what you are after -
I made mine from 6mm Aluminium Plate - a good over strength vs weight compromise.
The Crossmembers allready have the welded nuts & holes ready to take bolts - in fact the Japanese Feroza has a Skid Plate installed from the factory !! Talk about cost cutting at its best
The nuts are standard M8 I think - you'll need about a 30 - 40mm long M8 bolt x 8. The drawing don't have the actually measurements for the location of the bolt holes because it is easier & more accurate to clamp the cut out skid plate in place & then using a metal scriber ( or pen ) mark the location of the holes from above thru the nuts. Also drill the holes larger than normal - ie: 10mm. This allows for slight errors but also if you do ding it a bit the bolts won't bind up & you can still get it on & off.
Good Luck - Mike H.
Also - if you don't want to ( or can't ) make it yourself - I have made several in the past. Just let me know & we can discuss

Anything can be stuffed up my friend... where there is lack of talent there's a way.
I should be right though.
