Most probably the transmission sensor has died. been through any water lately?
In my RRC its situated in the engine bay at the bottom LH side of the radiator in the cooler line. Its a wet sensor but no fluid came out when I changed mine. I paid $62.

was thinking fluid but i have just changed it so yer its all good in that way, reason i thought electrical maybe is, the lights is dim, its not as bright as the other dash lights, but then u think it comes on after bout 10 mins of driving so its as if it is getting hot, does not reaaly make sence,
iv herd it can be a sign of the alternator on its way out, dont see how tho ???

yes have been through a fair bit of water and mud.
could the cooler be blocked or something ??

cheers chris

I repeat , it is most likely to be the temp sensor.
