Get some strong cvs from YURI 4X4 or CAL OFFROAD. Or just get rid of it standard cvs dont agree with them lockers and 35s

pull it down and see whats jammed, the centre is quite simple and on hard surface due to lots of grip should easily click/ratchet. If your capable of getting the diff apart the centre wont be an issue at all to work out, is it only a recent prob or always been there? someone may have over pre loaded it.

Last time this happened with mine it was due to broken pins. replaced them and all worked as normal

Yes apparantly the lokka from adelaide had a bad batch of pins for a while and were replacing them free of charge if you had a bad one. Would be worth calling them for some info on it.

Was it set up properly? They should unlock really easy once they are run-in. Mine only occasionally wont unlock on slippery clay stuff when trying to turn, I just slip it into 2wd and its fine again.
