is there any probs in re fitting modifiying anything when u do a 2" body lift..diff breathers, steering etc...

Depends which truck?
On my Disco, we had to relocate the radiator and the rear seat-belt mounts, and extend the transfercase level.
Also, we had to make sure "all was fine and dandy" while lifting the body off.
Steering arm should be extended 5/8" (I went a bit more).
