Extra passenger door troopy owners and insurance

Post by Arky »

Hi guys,
I bought a troopy iwith the extra passenger door last week and tried to insure it with suncorp but found out to day they wont insure it because it does not fall within their guide line, what ever they are!.
So the question is for those that own one in QLD who are you insured with?
Cheers
Gavin

I'm in Tassie but have had similar problems with my 4wds
Currently have an 80 series with 5 inch suspension lift and 35's so RACT would no longer insure it, Shannons have insured it no problems at all, all mods listed on the policy, price was great too, they just require proof that you are a "car enthustiast" such as club membership or similar
