Cant help you with dimensions, but the stock rear hilux springs with extended shackles will give an almost perfect angle, the ifs springs i would assume will be to long and shackle angle would go way back past 45.

My bad didn't read it all. moving hangers will fix it :P

I put a stock 2inch rear set in the front 2 mains and used others from the front pack, sits with a 45 degree shackle angle. Just as a bit of useless info.

im running ifs rears in the front of my lux. front hanger is approx 3 inchs forward and also dropped about 3 inchs. shackle hanger is mounted under the chassis not through the chassis. pic will show you. yeah and what berad said pretty sure without moving hangers and shackle mounts ifs rears in the front of a lux would not fit, there too long.

cheers

Don't think you gain much by puting IFS springs in the front. They will wrap like all F..K. Plus you have to move the hanger 3" forward, won't gain any more approch angle by doing this.

I would go standard rear mix match set in the front and put the IFS rears in the Rear.

More driff wrap will cause broken parts.

ok so with the rears in front you mix and match some front and some rear without having to move shackle or hangers ?

And how much will i have to move mountings on rear for IFS ?

rears up front, use the 2 mains from the rear pack and then bits and pieces from the front, i have a 5 leaf pack, you might need more with the v8 in the front, just need extended shackles and they will bolt in, i redrilled the perch 35mm to move the diff foward further for better approach, but i had to extend my front shaft.

Doing ruf, to gain the extra flex etc, hi steer or x over is needed to the j arm etc doesnt bind up on shocks etc.

ifs in the rear all you need is extended shackles and mess about with how many leaves u leave in, and thats all you need.

If you have the ifs springs already youll see the bushs are moulded to a metal sleeve that needs to be belted out and changed for normal bushs to match the pin.

With the torque etc of the v8 a ladder bar might be needed to stop wrapping in the back.
